Backlot Sandwich Shop

Backlot is a fast casual sandwich shop in Downtown Memphis. Its sister restaurant, Paramount, a more formal traditional dining concept, resides adjacent in the same building. Both names are inspired by the location which once was a storage facility for Paramount Studios movie reels.
